All Students - Full Run through - No Costumes just leotard & dance shoes & some lunch

Times - Saturday 1st Class(Minis & Lower Juniors) : 10:00 – 11:30(approx.)
Everyone else: 10:30 – 13:30(approx.)
All Students - Full Dress Rehearsal - Full Make-up required Photographer present
Date - Sunday 4th March
Venue – Adrian Mann Theatre, Nescot Reigate Road, Epsom KT17 3DS
Time – 13:00 – 15:30
Make-up – Medium to dark Foundation, Blue eye shadow, red dot at eye, red lipstick, eyeliner and mascara.
Stage Tights required for all girls - Colour Toast/Tanned.

Venue – Adrian Mann Theatre, Nescot Reigate Road, Epsom KT17 3DS
Time – Arrive at 15:00 – End of both Shows.
The 1st Show starts at 16:00hrs and the 2nd Show starts at 19:30hrs the pupils will not be able to leave the Theatre so please give them some snacks for the break. Please make sure that they do not eat or drink(except water) when in their show costumes.
I am looking for volunteers to help in both shows which means you will also be needed at the dress rehearsal. Please can you give me your name, which show you can help at and what you would like to help with.
Dressing room - help to dress the pupils
Runners - to bring the pupils from the dressing room to side of stage.
Side of stage dressers
Backstage door security – checking in the pupils and backstage helpers in.
Please note: In regards to Safety if you are not on the list of helpers you will not be allowed backstage. During the change over both sets of helpers will be allowed in but must leave 30 minutes before the next show starts.
At the end of the show you will be able to come and collect your Child/ren at the backstage door. Tickets will be on sale at lessons from February. Babes(under 1 years old) in arms are free as they do not require a seat.
There is a prize for the person who buys the most tickets so invite all your family and friends!
