Returning To Dance – Studio 63 Dance

We have been given Government guidelines to reopen Studio 63 Dance and after assessing the risks please follow the plan we have put together below.

Please help us to make this a safe place to dance. We will do our best to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Please do not attend if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone relating to COVID-19
Social Distancing will take place where possible and temperatures maybe taken on arrival.
Registers will be taken each lesson for track and trace
Pupils will need to wait outside the hall, please maintain social distancing and they will be called in once their class is ready to start.
Pupils please use the hand sanitiser on entry to the class.
It is optional for pupils to wear face coverings once in class
Parents to wear face coverings at all times please do not come into the class unless it is absolutely necessary
Before each Class the Halls will be sanitised
Parents please make sure your child has their own drink
Please make sure you come to class in your leotard and wearing dance shoes 1 bag per person allowed into class.
The Monday hall has a one-way system please follow this. We have split the hall into Studio 1 & 2 signs will be on the doors
The Saturday parents will need to drop off at the main door and collect from the parking exit (at the rear of the hall accessible via the driveway).
Students will not be allowed to wait in the hall after their class. Parents are unfortunately not allowed to wait in the building also.
Please see attached the new timetable, if late call 07977341008 and someone will come out to collect your child.
Fees - Monthly invoices will be sent by Whatsapp/e-mail. Please place Cash/Cheques in an envelope and give to your child. Receipts will be sent by Whatsapp/e-mail.
